German House is an authentic German low-energy building designed by German architects. It is also the landmark building of DCT and was once the German pavilion of the Beijing International Horticultural Exposition.

The building serves as a combination of a café and a bookstore, where our guests can enjoy a decent cup of German coffee while having a business discussion with partners. This place i also good for holding small events like a salon.

On the ground floor of the building, there is an exhibition of Qingdao city, including its profile, scenic spots, and its exchanges with Germany. All historical materials are provided by the Qingdao Archive Center.

Blue Pavilion

Blue Pavilion is the comprehensive exchange center of DCT, also the reception center. It will present the development of Sino-German relations, the exchanges and cooperation between Shandong and Germany, between Qingdao and Germany in recent years. German guests can enjoy the charm of Qingdao, while Chinese guests can learn about Germany and experience its customs through our multimedia and exhibition boards and deepen understanding of each other.

Green Pavilion

Green Pavilion is DCT’s multifunctional conference center with a total area of 2,000 sqm. It is good for holding both big Sino-German exchanges and activities and short-term exhibitions.

Passive House Experience Center

Passive House Experience Center is the largest public passive building in Asia. It is equipped with a multifunctional auditorium, which can be used for lectures, seminar, workshops and other forms of exchanges.
