On November 28th, 2019, Deutsch-Chinesischer Treffpunkt Qindao (DCT), under the promotion of Qingdao Municipal Committee and the municipal government, was officially launched. From then on, Qingdao has a brand new platform for Sino-German exchanges and cooperation with its foothold in Qingdao, geographical reach to Shandong Province and orientation to China and Germany.
