2020年9月11日上午10点，第六届青岛德国葡萄酒节新闻发布会如期召开，中国日报、青岛电视台、青岛日报、半岛都市报、青岛新闻网和腾讯等十几家媒体受邀参加活动并进行了相关报道。

At 10 am on September 11th, 2020, the press conference of the 6th Qingdao German Wine Festival was held as scheduled. More than a dozen media including China Daily, Qingdao TV, Qingdao Daily, Bandao(Peninsula Metropolis), Qingdao News, and Tencent, etc. were invited to attend and report the event.

不同于往届的葡萄酒节，本届葡萄酒节除了由青岛中德国际客厅和德国著名的葡萄酒运营品牌wine529联合主办以外，还得到了青岛市文旅局的特别支持。新闻发布会现场，主办方向媒体与来宾介绍了青岛德国葡萄酒节的起源与本届葡萄酒节的特色之处，回答了现场提问并展开了交流。

Different from previous wine festivals, this year, the Festival is co-hosted by Qingdao China-Germany Cooperation Hub (Deutsch-Chinesischer Treffpunkt Qingdao, DCT) and the famous German wine operation brand wine529, with additional special support from Qingdao Municipal Bureau of Culture and Tourism. At the press conference, the organizers introduced the origin of Qingdao German Wine Festival as well as the characteristics of the event this year to the media and guests. They have also answered on-site questions and interacted with the public.

2015年的夏天，德国人Fritz Emrich（傅礼赐）遇见了法国人David Kempf（孔大伟）。两人的故乡虽然隔了一条莱茵河，但这并不妨碍志同道合的他们在青岛相遇。他们有许多共同点，在他们的家乡说着同样语言，骨子里都流淌着浓厚的葡萄酒文化，白葡萄酒更是他们的最爱，最重要的是他们对青岛共同的热爱。为了让家乡的文化和传统在青岛落地生根，两人突发奇想，决定为青岛办一场葡萄酒节，而这就成为接下来所有故事的开端。

Fritz Emrich（傅礼赐）与 David Kempf（孔大伟）In the summer of 2015, German Fritz Emrich met Frenchman David Kempf. Although the two people's hometown are separated by the Rhine River, it does not prevent the two like-minded people from meeting each other in Qingdao. They have many things in common. They speak the same language in their hometown, and have a strong wine culture in their bones. White wine is their favorite. The most important thing is their common love for Qingdao. In order to let the culture and tradition of their hometown take root in Qingdao, the two had a whim and decided to organize a wine festival for Qingdao, which became the beginning of all the following stories.

2015年第一届葡萄酒节的圆满成功使得德国葡萄酒节得以在青岛生根发芽并蓬勃发展，在每年的葡萄酒节中主办方都会加入精心准备的全新元素，比如乐队表演、棋牌比赛、红酒课程、游艇巡游等等，受到了广大市民与国际友人的喜爱。

The complete success of the first wine festival in 2015 allowed German Wine Festival to take root and flourish in Qingdao. The organizers add carefully-prepared new elements to the annual wine festival, such as band performances, chess and card competitions, wine courses, and yacht parades, etc. It has been loved by the public, and it has also become an Internet-famous check festival which attracts international friends, especially those from Germany, to come to Qingdao every year.

青岛中德国际客厅作为青岛市成立的国际交流合作新平台，联合主办本届青岛德国葡萄酒节，既可以给岛城居民提供一个了解德国文化的平台，也吸引了更多的国际友人来到青岛、了解青岛，促进青岛对德文化交流，助力提升青岛国际化水平。在主办双方的共同努力下，打造青岛乃至山东省标志性的德国风情节庆、民间文化活动和对外展示宣传的开放窗口。

The German Pavilion of International Horticultural Exposition

As a new platform for international exchanges and cooperation established by the Qingdao, Qingdao China-Germany Cooperation Hub (Deutsch-Chinesischer Treffpunkt Qingdao, DCT) co-hosts Qingdao German Wine Festival this year, which not only provides a platform for citizens to understand German culture, but also attracts more international friends to come and know Qingdao. Eventually, this event will promote cultural exchanges between Qingdao and Germany, helping to improve the internationalization level of Qingdao. With the joint efforts of the two organisers, an open window is created for iconic German-style festivals, folk cultural activities, and also for display and publicity of Qingdao and even Shandong Province.
